User testing
User testing for business results
Bridge the design gap between your customers and your business.
You can know your own product back to front - but you can't see it through the eyes of the people that matter: your customers.
Usability or user testing involves real users performing real tasks, revealing issues that won't show up on the drawing board. That can have profitable benefits for your final design:
- Improved design, and fewer dropouts in the sales funnel
- Increased conversion rates
- A more lovable customer experience
Run your own user test
Want to run your own test in the iQ Studio? Our brand-new facilities have the latest equipment and are perfect for in-depth usability testing.
- Record tests using Tech-Smith Morae, with picture-in-picture recording and allowing you and other observers to view the on-screen actions, facial expressions, and body language of a respondent simultaneously
- Our brand new Tobii eye tracking equipment provides additional insight into users' thought processes, that cannot be gained from standard user testing
- Test participants are equipped with a PC with 5MB wireless internet access plus a CD / DVD drive
- View tests through our 3-metre wide observation mirror and on two LCD screens in the viewing room
- Following each session, a recording with DV-quality audio and video is made available for post-test analysis
