We'll help you put your participants and clients at ease

Presentation

Our space provides a relaxed atmosphere perfect for informal discussion, and can host up to 8 respondents coffee-table style. You can view internet, DVD, PC or CD-ROM presentation via a 30-inch widescreen LCD, which a moderator or an observer in the viewing room can control. We can also arrange a flip chart, whiteboard and stationary at no extra charge.

Viewing

The viewing room can accommodate 4-6 client observers and is fitted with soft seating plus a fridge with an assortment of drinks (requests welcome). A free 5MB wireless connection is available throughout the facility.

We have a large 3m wide one-way fully soundproof mirror, in addition to a discreet ceiling-mounted camera, which gives a full 360° view of the room and the respondents. The camera features tilt, pan and zoom facilities, is fully controllable from the viewing room and feeds to two 24-inch LCD screens for observation.

Our pricing includes use of all presentation, viewing, recording and office facilities. Contact us to take a tour or make a booking.

Recording

Every booking includes use of our DV-quality audio and video recording facilities. At the end of each session, we can provide you with whatever output you need, be it an .avi file or finished DVD.

Your privacy: it's important to us

Your clients, respondents, data and recordings are just that: yours. We don't offer recruitment, won't harness your respondents' details, and will delete all recordings immediately after every session (unless you instruct us otherwise).
